The teachings of Confucius tell us to be humble^{1. People should not think too highly of themselves. No matter how great one is, there is always someone greater. Therefore, we should be humble in our words and actions. We should always remember the saying, Pride comes before a fall.}

孔子教会大家要谦虚。大家不应该自视太高。不论一个人有多么了不起，总有人比他更了不起。因此，大家在言行上都要谦虚。大家应当随时记住这句俗话：骄者必败。
