初听这首歌，其实是在近期播出的一部电影《后会无期》中。后来搜寻其历史足迹，才发现这首歌曲来源于著名导演艾尔弗雷德•希区科克的电影《擒凶记》（The man who knew too much，1956年）。这首歌在当年一举荣获奥斯卡最好电影插曲金像奖，伴随时间的流逝，它的生命已经超越了电影本身，在半个多世纪之后依旧给人无穷的力量......
其实在2009年的一部依据真实的故事改编而成的澳大利亚粘土动画《玛丽和马克思》也选了这首歌曲作为插曲。
