民生痛点（the pain points for peoples livelihoods）是群众日常的老大难。痛点（pain point），字面上来看，即比较难解决的问题，假如不解决，会叫人非常痛苦。具体来讲，就是教育、医疗、住房、社保、食品安全（education, medical treatment, housing, social security and food safety）等人民群众关注的重点问题。
