名人诗歌|Summertime

来源:www.ssfkn.com 2025-03-17

Summer is a wonderful time with lush and lovely flowers

God's sprinkling system sends heavenly raindrop showers

Bee's pollinate the flowers and make honey

Birds feed their young and chirp1 when they're hungry

Gardner's and farmers cultivate their flowers and crops

Evening bunnies romp2 and certain eves have moonlit props3

Each and every season God's new miracles begin

In all God's creations we can see Christ within

Miraculous4 gift of life even in the smallest detail

Whether it's a huge tree or in a tiny snail5

Veins6 in the leaves, petals7 of flowers

Winding8 creeks9 and wondrous10 tomorrows

Hot humid days to swim in ponds

Trickling11 water sounds

Taste the berries

Scent12 that carries

All in summertime.
