老师，who与whoever的异同是不是和what与whatever的异同一样不同？
二者的差异不尽相同。
who在早期英语中可用作融合型关系副词，= the one/person who，引导名词性关系分句。比如：Who laughs last laughs best. 但现代英语who则基本失去了这种功能，大家偶尔遇见who的这种使用方法，多半是格言、谚语或古典文学的原句或极个别句型中。现代平时英语一般不可以再将who用作融合型关系代词。
what则仍然很多用作融合型关系代词，引导名词性关系分句。What you did was wrong.
