B项句子结构不完整，宾语从句缺失谓语，即to stay here并不可以作为How many people的谓语。正确的句子应该是How many peopledo you think will stay here?
D项tell后面应该跟复合宾语，即tell sb. sth.或者tell sth. to sb。正确的句子应该是What do you tellme that is?或者what do you think that is?
