答案只给了一个就是is scheduled
我的怎么看则是这里应该用are scheduled，或者至少应该两者皆可。所以请问各位老师当Olympics作主语时，谓语动词到底用单数还是复数做合适？（由于之前的习题也见过虽然是具体指特定的某一届奥运会，但主语仍然用复数的状况）。
Olympics习惯上要连用定冠词，等于the Olympic Games；用作主语时，谓语动词可用单数或复数，但在现代英语中以用复数为多见。
The Olympics is /are held every four years. 奥林匹克运动会每4年办一次。
The Olympics is /are broadcast live around the world. 运会赛事在全球各地直播。
