没什么大有什么区别，只是第一句带有空闲状语从句when I died。其实，这里的what是形容词使用方法，大致等同于限定词the。What money I have“我所有些钱”，等于All the money that I have.费致德《现代英语惯使用方法词典》有如下讲解：
b.这个意思的what也可以用作形容词，用在名词前（all...that, any...that, as much...as）。例：

c.这个意思的what还可以和few, little连用（有时省去few,little）修饰名词，表示“全部的......尽管不多”的意思。如：
