国家统计局2月26日发布2008年国民经济和社会进步统计公报，初步核算，全年国内生产总值30.0767万亿元人民币，比上年增长9%。公报称，2008年，居民消费价格比上年上涨5.9%，年末国家外汇储备19460亿USD，比上年末增加4178亿USD。全年税收收入57862亿元，比上年增加8413亿元。

国家统计局本周四发布了公报，名为《中华人民共和国2008年国民经济和社会进步统计公报》。2008年，全年国内生产总值30.0767万亿元人民币，比上年增长9%。

上面的报道中，Statistical Communiqu就是统计公报，是政府统计机构通过报刊向社会公众公布一个年度国民经济和社会进步状况的统计剖析报告。一般是由国家、省一级与计划单列的省辖市一级的统计局发布的。
