你不可以说“正确语序”，这个句子用了倒装语序，也是正确的语序。你应该说正常语序或自然语序。这个句子是一个完全倒装句。当一个句子需要强调主语或者主语结构复杂，比较长，则假如这个句子符合以下三个条件，就能把主语移至句末，把表示方位的状语或表语移至句首（前置）。
1 主语不是人称代词（人称代词为已知信息，没强调价值）；
2 谓语动词为不及物动词、系动词或被动语态（即动词没宾语）；
3 表示方位的状语或表语前置。
比如，Tom went out. 假如想要强调Tom，就能倒装：Out went Tom.
